Fits virtually flush into the return bend of formed sheet metal doors, for a clean look with no protruding hardware. Durable die-cast metal construction. Sizes available to fit sheet metal panels from 1 mm (.4″) to 2 mm (.8″) thick. Single-hole (T1 and T2) styles mount with a single machine screw inserted through frame into the threaded base. Removable hinge pins provide for easy door removal for maintenance and service access. A new smaller, black nylon version of the KH series corner mount hinges is now being offered.
